Collision repair center will be the first in Sri Lanka to obtain ISO certification.

 

The international standard will be applied according to the requirements given in ISO 9001 in order to consider both the effectiveness and efficiency of quality management system, and consequently the potential for the improvement of the performance of the repair center.

 

The objectives of customer satisfaction and repair quality are extended to include the satisfaction if the board of directors and the performance of the Collision repair center.

 

The international standard will be applicable to processes of the repair center and consequently the quality management principles on which it will be based can we developed throughout the repair center. The focus of this international standard on going improvement, measured through the satisfaction of the customer.
