The Panel Body Repairing Section

This is the part of the repair where the damaged sections of the vehicle are repaired. The damaged panels will be repaired using the latest vacuum controlled panel straightening equipment. Panels will be replaced if necessary with the original panels that the workshop will always keep a stock.

The above section will be categorized to two sections.

a)     Non-structural damage repair

b)     Structural Damaged section

When the new panels are fitted they are welded in place using the same number, position and even the type of weld as laid down by the vehicle manufacture’s recommended procedure.

If the amount of damaged is such that the vehicle structure is altered, in this type of cases the vehicle will be put onto a “jigging” System. The system that the company will use will be fully computerized measuring system and it will be measure the vehicle to within 0.1mm. With this system a computerized printout is obtained confirming the actual measurements and alignment of the vehicle. This computerized system will guarantee that the vehicle is repaired correctly and accurately.

At the end of the repair the above job will be subjected to quality controlled by the painters and if there are any issues it will be rectified before commencing the painting work.
